Returns
Eligible unused items may be reviewed for return approval. Products must be in original condition and may require authorization before shipment back to XPS.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after returned items are inspected. Shipping charges, special-order items and used materials may not qualify for refund.
Damaged Orders
If an order arrives damaged, contact the team quickly with order details and photos so the shipment can be reviewed with the carrier.
