Sikacem 102 First Seal is a pre-packaged, water-based, reactive water-repellent sealer designed for unsealed concrete and overlays. It's also compatible with color-hardened, stamped, or stenciled concrete, and cementitious overlays. 

This concrete sealer offers economical protection for exterior hardscapes, cutting down maintenance costs. It's specially formulated to accommodate the high pH of new concrete and penetrates deep into its pores. The sealer reacts with the concrete, creating a water-resistant surface and hydrophobic interior. This reduces water and chemical absorption, as well as the damage from freeze-thaw cycles and de-icing salts.
